Running a top level domain registry is not really as glamorous as it sounds… It is a LOT of work. This is particularly complicated when your domain extension is a word that is widely used and recognized throughout the world, like “Club” is. That’s why we promote the hashtag #ClubIsEverywhere… it is an acknowledgement that the word “club” is used everywhere… that .CLUB is growing in popularity everywhere… and that we, as a team, have to BE everywhere to meet with our partners and promote and further the .CLUB cause…
This weekend is a perfect example:

Colin, our CEO and Michele, our COO, are in China meeting with our partners there and planning our upcoming auctions… (and hanging out with our monkey mascot Hou Mi Mi…)
Mark, our illustrious super intern, is manning a booth with our friends and partners at BlueHost at the very busy WordCamp Miami conference…

While I am in San Diego where this morning I presented before the prestigious Club Leaders Forum, who award the “Platinum Club” label to the world’s best 5-star golf, country, tennis, city and yacht clubs.
Yes, it’s a tough job, but someone has to do it… (wink) and the team at .CLUB is honored to have the opportunity to truly be everywhere and evangelize the .CLUB brand to clubs, businesses and individuals around the world.
